Supporting Women on Their Journey to Love Themselves

I believe that recovery from eating disorders is possible with determination, patience, and practice. Whether you have been officially diagnosed and are in recovery or you're just tired of food being so scary and wrapped in judgement. You came to the right place! I've been there and I want to be there for you too!
Eating disorders come in all shapes and sizes and I want you to know that I see you and I'm here to walk beside you as you work towards a life with more ease. Think of me as part of your support team, alongside your therapist and dietitian. Together, we'll tackle everyday challenges and weekly goals with creativity, humor, and lots of encouragement. I'm here to be your cheerleader, offer an empathic ear, and a gentle push when needed.
In our diet-culture world, it's easy for anyone to have a tough relationship with food. Over time, I've learned to love my body and know that my worth isn't determined by the number on the scale.
Recovery doesn't always mean a smaller body. But it does mean we have to accept our body and love it for all it can do and all it’s been through. It's easy to forget that we're more than just our bodies. Our bodies are home for who we really are inside ~ our true essence.

I've learned some amazing lessons on my own journey. I've discovered that my body isn't the enemy, and that food isn't either. And once I started to trust my body and my body started trusting me, magic started to happen!
Wherever you are on your healing journey, it's not your fault, and you're not broken!
You are beautiful just as you are!
